Shipping and Delivery Information:

2. Shipping Bangkok, Thailand warehouse
For items available in our inventory, we estimate the shipping time to be within 16 - 26 business days after the order confirmation.
For items unavailable in our inventory, we estimate the shipping time to be within 45 business days or more after order confirmation.
The shipping charge is calculated based on the estimated weight and dimension of your item(s), which is included in the quotation and order acknowledgment message. However, we reserve the right to modify the shipping charge at any time.
In case of any problems with your delivery, we will contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with minimum inconvenience to you. We will keep you informed of the latest situation regarding your delivery. Local Delivery:
We offer free local delivery for every order in the USA.
Deliveries are made from 8:00 am – 14:00 pm every Wednesday and Saturday of the Week. We will contact you using the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. However, we reserve the right to modify the shipping schedule at any time at our discretion.
